Actual salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The posted salary range reflects a variety of experience levels beyond the minimum requirement.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and strengthen relationships with CHCs to understand their workforce needs, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration
- Develop partnerships with academic institutions and workforce development organizations to expand training opportunities and promote careers at community health centers.
- Monitor and track workforce trends at the state and national level to identify challenges, inform CHC workforce strategies, and guide TPCA’s workforce initiatives.
- Lead the development and delivery of workforce-related education, training, and resources tailored to the needs of CHCs.
- Support CHCs in recruitment and retention, including participation in career fairs and implementing best practices.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for CHCs by promoting and helping them leverage federal and state workforce programs, such as loan repayment and scholarship opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant work experience.
- At least three years of experience in a professional setting with increasing responsibility.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving workforce needs.
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%, to CHCs and other relevant events and conferences.
- Experience in workforce development or familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers is a plus.
